Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: email, display name, country, preferred currency.
- File metadata: filename, size, type, upload time. We do not scan file contents.
- Recipient identifiers: email or phone you enter to send an OTP.
- Usage logs: IP address, user-agent, link access timestamps (kept 30 days).
- Payments: handled by Paystack and Hubtel — we receive transaction IDs and amounts, never card or MoMo PIN.
How we use it
- To deliver the service (store files, deliver OTPs, settle payments).
- To prevent abuse (rate-limiting, lockouts after failed attempts).
- To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying analytics).
Storage
Files are stored encrypted at rest. Download URLs are signed and expire in 120 seconds.
Your rights
