Eligible for refund
- The file does not download (technical failure on our side).
- The file is materially different from what was advertised on the download page.
- Duplicate charge for the same link within 24 hours.
Not eligible
- Buyer’s remorse after the file has been successfully downloaded.
- Disputes about creative quality. Contact the seller directly.
How to request
Reply to your payment receipt or email refunds@bigsendafrica.com within 7 days of the charge. Refunds settle in 3–10 business days depending on payment method.
