Terms of Service

By using BigSend Africa ("BigSend", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use BigSend to distribute material that infringes copyright, contains malware, violates privacy, or breaks the law of your country or Ghana. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Payments

Paid downloads are processed by Paystack and Hubtel. We retain a 15% platform fee and remit 85% to the seller after settlement.

4. Refunds

Refunds for paid downloads are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Liability

BigSend is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
